The Bearded Hatchet is an adaptation of our more traditional Tomahatchet. Inspired by Nordic axe head designs we extended the main cutting edge, giving the ancient “Bearded” look to it’s profile. This does a couple things to a traditional design: 1. It gives a much-increased cutting head to a very compact Hawk and 2. It leaves a place to choke-up on the tool for close in fine work. The size of this beast is perfect for packing into the back country on your next great adventure! ONLY AVAILABLE IN NITRIDE COATED S7 STEEL
